I am a Jungian-informed tarot reader and spiritual practitioner whose work is heavily focused on self-awareness, sovereignty, personal agency, and helping others develop the knowledge and tools to create meaningful change in their own lives.
I have been a spiritual practitioner for almost ten years, and my own journey has been one of becoming a cycle-breaker.
I have healed from significant trauma, including narcissistic abuse and domestic violence. I have confronted and changed my own unhealthy patterns surrounding attachment, low self-esteem, inadequate boundaries, lack of self-respect, and feelings of inadequacy. I have also overcome major setbacks, including a period of self-destruction that eventually led to incarceration.
Today, I have found my voice, my sovereignty, my inner peace, and the freedom to choose how I live my life.
That change did not happen because of luck, opportunity, knowing the right people, or waiting for someone or something to rescue me. It began at rock bottom, when I made a serious commitment to myself: to do the work, face difficult truths, take responsibility for my choices, and stop abandoning the one person who had been with me my entire life — me.
I cannot change the abuse or trauma I experienced.
But I have absolute authority over what I choose to do with my life now.
That philosophy is at the heart of my work here.
My Story
I am a seasoned and mature woman, born and bred in the southeastern U.S. I have experienced a lot of trauma, abuse, heartbreak and disappointment. I also spent a great deal of my life in self-destruct mode. I had unsuccessfully tried many different ways to improve my life and break harmful patterns, until I finally stumbled upon the things that work. As such, I have done the inner work to heal and overcome those experiences, with the goal of continually transforming into a better version of myself. The areas that were once weaknesses have become superpowers. In doing so, I strongly developed my intuitive and psychic abilities. I believe the combination of my spiritual abilities and life experiences give me a unique perspective, with the ability to empathize and bring wisdom and truth to situations where you lack clarity.
I hold myself to a high level of responsibility and ethics, with a combination of empathy and honesty when working with clients.
